    • uses mFC-PGA 478 (micro Flip-Chip Pin Grid Array) package

    • 2 Mbytes secondary (L2) shared on-die cache

    • uses Intel® 6300ESB I/O Controller Hub

HARD DISK INTERFACES

    • both channels accessible via P2 to a Rear Transition Module (RTM)
