    • uses mFC-PGA 478 (micro Flip-Chip Pin Grid Array) package

  • 1.5 GHz Intel® Core 2 Duo processor L7400:-

    • uses mFC-BGA 478 (micro Flip-Chip Ball Grid Array) package
