People Advisor – Colchester (hydrid working) some UK travel.
This role will be part of building the People function from scratch working closely with the People Director. It is perfect for someone who enjoys creating and building functions, and is also keen to get involved and learn all aspects of HR.
What will I be delivering?
The successful candidate will be providing manager and employee guidance on people matters, supporting key employee lifecycle events and people related projects. A key part of the role will be managing the full recruitment cycle, including identifying, acquiring, assessing and hiring candidates to fill open positions. In addition to this there will be projects to work on the EVP and future resource planning. Another key part will create training content and learner journeys in line with the companies’ training needs. This is likely to adapt over time as the function grows and develops, and the company grows.
